If you work in the Czech Republic, have permanent residence, temporary protection or study here, you are in the public system — most often VZP, but also OZP, ČPZP and others — and visits to your GP are covered by the insurer. We accept all public insurers (VZP, VoZP, ČPZP, OZP, ZP MV, RBP) and PVZP comprehensive insurance for long-term residence. Different insurer? Call us and we will check.

Can I register if I live outside Ústí?
Yes. You are free to choose your GP regardless of where you live. We register patients from the whole Ústí Region.
How do I switch from my current doctor?
Simply register with us. You can change GP once every three months, and we request your records from your previous doctor ourselves.
Which insurers do you accept?
All Czech public health insurers — VZP, VoZP, ČPZP, OZP, ZP MV, RBP — and PVZP commercial insurance for foreigners. Visits are paid by your insurer; you only bring your insurance card.
I have temporary protection (Ukraine) — can I register?
Yes. With temporary protection you are covered by Czech public health insurance (usually VZP), so we register you like any other patient. Bring your insurance card and your visa or ID.
Does the doctor speak English or Russian?
Yes — we speak English, Russian and Ukrainian as well as Czech. The diagnosis, treatment and paperwork are explained in a language you understand, no interpreter needed.
I have just moved to Ústí — how do I start?
Call +420 606 755 784. We confirm a free place and arrange your first visit. Bring your passport or residence card and insurance card; records from your previous doctor if you have them. Without a GP you cannot get sick leave, referrals or regular prescriptions, so it is worth registering early.
Do you accept foreigners with commercial insurance?
Yes, including PVZP comprehensive health insurance for foreigners. If you have a different commercial insurer, call us and we will check whether we can register you.
